In-house mixing facility assures high quality

Total control of quality is a very high priority at Daetwyler Rubber so once we have developed materials in-house we also manufacture them ourselves. At our Schattdorf plant in Switzerland, we have our own mixing facility with an annual capacity of more than 10,000 tonnes.

A largely automated weighing system for small ingredients, a state-of-the-art closed carbon black handling, feed and metering system and three computer-controlled internal mixers ensure consistent, always traceable quality of the materials we produce.

With our end-to-end process control and monitoring of compound manufacturing, use of specified raw materials and optimised mixing techniques, Daetwyler Rubber meets exacting standards, such as the cleanliness and homogeneity requirements of the automotive industry.
