State-of-the-art design tools
Our specialists draw on many years of engineering expertise, enhanced by state-of-the-art design tools (3D-CAD Inventor) and FE analyses. These are used to simulate movement and determine deformations, stresses and strains. This gives our customers the benefit of shorter development times and enables them to evaluate solutions before incurring costs for moulds and patterns.
True-to-life testing in a window test chamber
Daetwyler has a modern window test chamber for testing new seals and gaskets to current standards. Working together with our customers, we are able to assess new products for driving rain resistance, air leakage (A rating), deflection and wind load resistance based on all existing standards.
