Co-engineering in partnership with our customers allows us to develop prototypes extremely fast using original materials.

Our specialists draw on many years of engineering expertise, enhanced by state-of-the-art design tools (3D-CAD Pro Engineer) and FE analyses. These are used to simulate movement and determine deformations, stresses and strains. This gives our customers the benefit of shorter development times and enables them to evaluate solutions before incurring costs for moulds and patterns.

We use a standardised product development process certified to ISO/TS 16949:2002. The main phases are:
